MLS PRIORITY

Dollar for Dollar the best value by far! Anywhere from 2 - 3 hours onsite shooting with multiple off camera flashes for very pleasing lighting effects and much greater attention to details and staging. This service insures you will receive images that are very high quality and suitable for both print and website applications. The price for this package is dependent on the size of the home and the amount of time needed to complete the job.

CLIENT PRIORITY 1!

Top of the line service for special "stand out" properties that require the highest quality and attention to detail. These are custom jobs and usually entail at least 6 hours on site and anywhere from 6 - 10 hours of time in post processing. This service may also require specific gear that must be rented in advance. This service is my most expensive service and price is based on clients specific needs and how much time, effort, and possible equipment rental will go into the job.


Rental Agencies and Private Home Owners

Same services as Real Estate as far as levels of service but since these jobs are technically commercial photography jobs where the images may have a much longer "shelf life" than real estate photos, these images come with a ONE YEAR license to use for sales and marketing. Clients have the option to renew the license at the original cost from year to year as long as they wish.

Architects, Designers, and Commercial Photography

Each job requires preshoot consultation to understand specifics of what the clients needs are and then a price can be determined based on the amount of time and effort that will be required to complete the job. Clients purchase a ONE YEAR license to use these images any way they see fit (without modifying them)

Usage License may be renewed again year after year for as long the client wishes to continue using the images.
